The sanction are only applied to the few not the entire country. The way you ask for sanctions to be lifted means that you don't even understand what sanctions are and why they are in place. The sanctions only have effect to fewer than 200 people that are in leadership positions in Zimbabwe which will not allow them to open bank accounts in other countries aswell as other restrictions
All this to say that when they lift sanctions you will not benefit. Your family will not benefit. Your neighbours will not benefit. It will only be someone like Mnangagwa that when the sanctions are lifted then they will be able to send money they steal from the people to the banks that are in other countries
