New Season's only really like this because of the amount of bugs it has and how theres not a single unique passive applied yet. (There's even the infinite CDR Loop thing, which somehow shouldn't exist, but too much italian pasta got mixed with the code)
I'm pretty sure if given enough time, which is like 3 months, it'll be a lot better.

The reason they released the new season mechanics so early is to give us plenty of time to break them. I wouldn't be surprised if you aren't able to stack any items at this rate.
I mean if you do the 100% cdr glitch you can just spam R and be invincible I think especially with there aura of life drains probably stacking. Come to think of it that’s busted on most things

What happen to sylas if he has stacks of all champ with stacks?
I know Sylas' ulti has a relatively short cooldown on his on ulti, like the actual steal mechanic, and to counteract it they made the steal "victims" have a secondary. But that's all I know (as I've never played him and dont watch a lot of Sylas games). Does that secondary cooldown decrease as their cdr increases, or is it based off of the base cooldown for their ulti? Or do I just have everything wrong about how Sylas ulti works?
The fact that they could alomost kill you shows that PBE is overloaded with MR/Armor pen items. Meaning going tank is useless...
