Someone asked me, do I know what situation threw me off track? all of them, I answered back! although I try to hide my pain, with a smile, there's
a real war going on inside!
There's a stigma attached to people who are mentally ill, some even think the cure is in a pill, never let them
see you sweat, is what l grew up hearing, yet if you listen closely
it's the sound of my breaking

It's really alright to ask for help,
it simply means you love yourself
your strength is still there, your
loved ones truly care, don't try to fight the dark thoughts inside your head alone, don't listen to your doubts because you are strong!
Some say, a man ain't supposed to cry and big girls suppose to hide their pain deep down inside, both
myths are lies!
I fight with my heart, to keep my thoughts out of the dark every now and then just ask me how I've been?
I might answer, I'm Struggling!😢❤
