If you commute on hwy 60 in the East Valley, that's well over10,000 car increase from this development in 10 years. That does not include all of the explosion of apartment buildings recently built and will be built in the next few years. Many will be driving in and through the East Valley on surface streets, to work, schools, grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment etc.
Definitely increase in traffic. We are seeing more businesses being built in the East Valley. LG Energy Solutions is coming and will be about 2 and a half miles from the neighborhood of Blossom Rock. In addition to ASU Polytech campus about nine miles to the east of the neighborhood as well as Amazon fulfillment center, that's just about 13 Mi to the east. We are having good jobs come to the east valley. Job opportunities will continue to pop up in and around the community. That will lessen the need to take the US 60 into Phoenix for a job.
