I thought you were not supposed to dye and perm at the same time because it causes damage.
You can if it’s direct dye/ or Demi permanent hair shaft is already porous from the relaxer. No need to lift only deposit pigment

You can use a rise with a relaxer. That wasn’t “dyeing “ her hair, it’s a rinse.
