what assassin? she's no more an assassin. Sit with tear under tower for 20 mins then chuck out ults at baron and drake fights lol. Meanwhile Katrina builds divine and then tank and 1 shots everyone

how are other champs on the same role with so much higher winrate than the one on OP/S tier considering the High elo P+ or D+

@@destinite8613 i mean...jinx and xayah have around 50 to 50.5% wr. How is that op tho
@@GuilhermeSantos-hd6kl well, you have jinx or xayah every second game, almost every adc player even in platinum have them in his pool and this nasty champs STILL have positive winrate. And, well, going into the game. Xayah and Jinx are the safest adcs ever with range of 69 kilometers. While someone like Ezreal is a safe marksman, he sacrifices a lot of damage in the same time when Xayah has an assasin damage root on a 4 sec cooldown, invincibility and ms/as buff. Jinx can farm safely with launcher, while having an option to play aggressive with minigun, damaging ability with slow on a 7 sec cooldown, aoe root and percent damage ult. 1 kill on this 2 champs almost means game over for other team, and it´s not so hard to get kills on them. They´re OP for months and Riot doesn´t see the problem
@@Blud-chan than explain why ahri is a tier when she has 51,2% wr while being picked 16% of games and champs like Viktor,gragas,lb with 6 % pickrate and 2-3% less wr are S or OP tier.
@@chiidybang370 high elo is a little different. Gragas is op because he is a 5 role flex and has countless builds for every situation. If he´s ahead, he can be carry with night harvester, dealing HUGE aoe damage and knockups, if he´s behind, he can play stunbot with everfrost/RoA, while being almost unkillable. And if you need a tank, well, Gragas can choose grasp in his runes and build full tank. Leblanc is good because she´s ranged assasin with safe laning phase and 3 second root. She´s literally all you want from a midlaner: good mobility, can´t die to ganks, great setup for her jungler and solo carry potential. For Viktor he´s not so good, but the thing is that he has no bad matchups. For scaling mage his early game is disgusting, with corrupting pot and aery he can bully almost any opponent. After laning phase he can build whatever he wants. RoA into Archangel, Liandry, Ludens, Crown. Champ with 3 aoe slows and laser, that can win a teamfight on his own with only 2 items can´t be bad. Well, conclusion is: if a champ has CC in his kit - he´s always playable, and if riot buff their damage, then this champs become cancerpick/baneverysecondgame
I dont like Seraphine supports, like maybe its the people I match with, but I find her like an encharter with a weak shield, weak heal, weak poke, and good engage, but it feels like she sucks at almost everything as a support, again it might just be the people I match with
Nah, her poke is good dude, maybe ur teammates just miss lmao
Seraphine supp can heal 50% of all of your teammates missing health on a 10 sec cd. She is stronger as apc but still the best/second best after sona teamfight supp. She isnt a good laner though, but her poke is good for an enchanter.

@@jeremyagramonte1865 i agree. Her strongest position is Adc followed by mid. Support is only her third best role.
I'm one of the best Seraphine in world and trust me, she isn't S tier as a support, Seraphine supp is situational but when she is good according to the teamcomp then she is probably S tier but overall she isn't. Though, with the new patch coming with items changes Seraphine mythic will usually be Liandry, new support mythic items are not that good, but legendary support items are gonna be very good.

@@tufan_kucuk He has a point. With champs like blitz, Naut, Cassioepia and Malphitr on the meta Samira won't do shit unless she is 7-0 at the 5 min mark.
