Primary numbing - no. Secondary - sometimes 🤍

How many layers for correct pigment retention?
Hello, it really depends on a pigments choice but usually two to three good passes :)
@@tereziaridzonova I noticed it takes me around 3 hours to complete both Brows yet I remain anxious to pigment retention.
