I really love these vlogs and find them so comforting. Thank you for sharing them 🤗 i saw another booktuber struggling with underwhelming reads no so long ago, and she made a video analysing what she liked about her favourite reads of the last few years. And then choose some new books to read based on that. Maybe doing something like that could help you find a new favourite? 😊

There’s a website called What Do I Read Next….you put any book title in and it gives you a list of books that are similar or books that readers also enjoyed that are close to it. That should help!

And Then She Fell is a fantastic novel. It was absolutely robbed by not being on the short list, I think you should read it!
My first concert was Britney Spears' Onyx Tour when I was 11/12 and I don't think my mother has ever recovered from the sexy scenes Britney had on stage, haha.
I want to go to the school in the Wayward Children series. Unlike most magical schools its a very safe school where the children are well looked after.
For me it would have to be Avonlea school. How wonderful to be taught by Anne Shirley.
I am listening on Audible to 'The Woman ' by Kristen Hannah' What an amazing book. Thoroughly recommend ❤❤

Aww, Bluewater and the Chatham dockyards, that takes me back to the time when I was working for a language travel organisation in the Medway district. 🥲 Loved visiting the historic dockyards (I have a bit of a thing for Age of Sail historical dramas), but I hated being inside the submarine.

I to have not had great experiences with books. I am trying blacklist titles, such as the Call the Midwife books that the series is based on and I'm reading the James Herriot books about his time as a vet in England. 😊

You can make lovely napkins using hand embroidery. You can learn how by finding: videos online, websites, and books from the library. There are also channels on UA-cam as well. I am really interested in a review of your Marian Keyes book. I have never read any of her books so I am intrigued. Looking forward to May’s Daphne du Maurier. I may read Tatiana de Rosney’s bio of her. Check with your library to see if they have any cookbooks for muffins. You might be also interested in quick breads as well. I love pumpkin loafs especially.
I had three 5 star reads so far, Kindred by Octavia E Butler, how to say Babylon by Safyia Sinclair and Mama's Boy by Dustin Lance Black (a re-read)
Another great book was Bright Young Women by Jessica Knoll (gave it 4.5). Also so far DNFd 7 books
Also not getting on with the Women's prize this year and kind of gave up, although still very interested in and then she fell and brotherless night.
I’ve almost finished the Soldier Sailor audiobook and it’s good - I am not a mother and don’t want to be a mother, and I actually found it very like Night Waking by Sarah Moss in that it confirmed that I am making the right decision!
My first thought for the school I'd attended was Plumfield, Jo March's school in Little Women, but I'm currently reading the Truly Devious series, so now I'm thinking I'd like to go to Ellingham Academy (but without the deaths).

For the question, I think the Meadowbank school in cat among the pigeons, I think it will be a fun school when they reconstruct it. I did not like Soldier Sailor and, if anything, it made me feel great about my decision not to have kids because that lady goes through it!
