So he’s saying they started filming where the finale takes place. I saw a behind the sense episode where Matt said the dreams he had in harrenhal were the first scenes filmed this season. I’m wondering if the battle there will be this seasons finale
I wish Condal didnt think that Rhaenyra was supposed to be some sort of saint and would allow any moment for her to look bad. Also wish he didnt despise Aegon's character so much. What's the point of the whole "choose your side" marketing campaign when he's already chosen a side for the audience and made this into a black and white good vs evil story?
I had the same problem with that too. And the fact Rhaenyra and Alicent has been totally stripped of their agency this entire season. Alicent was an able politician and schemer and now she's running around like a headless chicken. Rhaenyra goes to KL in some contrived Scooby-doo infiltration scheme, gets talked down by her councillors 24/7 and yet does nothing but complain about it. Yeah we get it, sexism is bad, now what are you going to do about it? Alicent is mother to the fucking King, and Rhaenyra is head of her faction. The fact they seem to forget this and just go off to sulk is maddening. They keep pushing this Women Good, Men Bad narrative throughout S2 that's just so tired out, and it's only 8 episodes anyway.
Great interview!

I hope so.
why does the interviewer continue saying "House of Dragons"? You're interviewing the creator of the show, say the damn name right!
It really pisses me off when people continuously do this anyway..much less a professional interviewer. Genuinely very unprofessional.

She fed a bunch of civilians to a dragon dawg
Funny how showrunners and writers think they have the latitude to tell a story better than the author who wrote it.
Of course you’re referring to David and Dan, Ryan is stellar
Ryan is a fraud
