The Vital Question is an eye-opening book -- Chapter #2 (bio-nano-machines) is truly awesome -- reading and rereading. Written with the highest scientific integrity and -- useful as a textbook. Congratulations !!

I prefer Michael Lynch's argument that bacterial populations are larger leading to stronger natural selection which prevents large organisms forming. He argues that the energetics isn't really a barrier to this in his "origins of genome architecture". His book on the origins of cell architecture is coming out next month according to his website so hopefully we'll get more on this soon.

To get a broader view, we shouldn‘t not only focus on endosymbiosis, but on other configurations like social behavior in bacteria. Myxobacteria have relatively large genomes, that have to be maintained.

Try producing life using all your ideas and i ingreduents which you just mentioned.

Why? The formation of planets can be understood without forming a planet. The goal is to understand not replicate.

Why there is no life being originated from no life?

Life goes on from the very beginning as an auto-run process like in a PC. And like a computer programmer life has also its own designer and programmer.
We do nothing for it. Like our cars we feed our bodies and use it for our purposes. But our bodies work by themselves without our intervention or effect.
There is absolutely nothing no proof or physical evidence for the claims of this man. He just talks about his own dreams

Abiogenesis is not possible therefore evolution is impossible. Just be honest and you can make a 34:18 video into a 00.03 second video.

Evolution does not depend on abiogenesis. Your implication fails. Abiogenesis is not possible because.....because......because you say so?
