Very nice. I'd like an 0 scale layout, especially as my eyes deteriorate with age :)

Nice review. I am thinking even more about going O gauge. Only live about a mile from Dapol! Will have to pop into their shop and check this product out.

The vac brake handle is called a 'jigger' so when you applied the brake it was called ' lifting the jigger' to let air in the system. All brake vans had screw couplings.

If you look in the BR wagon books authored by D Larkin, you will see that alot of them had instanter couplings. It is a good model for the price.

That is a beautiful model, I love going to Oswestry and recently posted a video from there on a trip on the line from Llynclys South station to Pennygarreg Lane and back.

Hi. Jennifer. I hope to be going to Hattons this week to collect the same van, and a mix of others.I'm hoping to build a long shelf layout. But I am struggling on a controller.I've been told I can use a standard dc controller on the small locos, but it needs more power if I get a class 20 for example.Doyou have any advice on controllers dc or dcc cheers david

Modeltrains are very cheap in the U.K. in comparison to mainland europe. But than again, i am a Märklin man. ;)
