is introducing the Supper Club!
It is a private dinner with a 3 course menu, paired with 3 different glasses of natural wine and a cocktail to start.
The Supper Club is organized once a month as a private dinner for 10-12 people, inviting different chefs as guests to cook international food that is focused on Latin American cuisine.
This past Super Club was a Latin Fusion theme with ‘s Chef 👨🏽‍🍳✨
Dinner began with a glass of Papelon de limón (a rum cocktail), followed by a special appetizer- Arepa reyna pepiada
accompanied by a glass of Vermentino white wine.
The main course was a Causa limeña paired with a glass of red wine.
Dessert was very October themed. A pumpkin mousse paired with a glass of Oh Rossa! Rosé or Orange wine Dimis Ferdobi from Georgia.
