As a recovering addict, I fully understand your struggle. Always remember that grace is not an excuse to sin. God allowed you to survive your addiction. Some people don't get those chances. Praise him every chance you get. Without God, we couldn't breathe.

I grew up in the streets, the streets raised me and made me a gangster, I was a blood, I sold dope. Been in shoot outs, fights, in and out of jail since age 17, I robbed people and got robbed. I was a drunkard, fornicator, I use to club and pop pills, but i had a encounter with JESUS while in jail facing 5-10 years.. and JESUS made me over again at age 23.. 6yrs later hallelujah I'm still free and born again, JESUS a mighty deliverer bless his Holy name

My daughter went in to brain surgery yesterday and all felt close to lost. But God guided the surgeon’s hands so that I could kiss my sweet Stella again. We prayed and prayed and cried and cried. Ive attended Celebrate Recovery since April 2024. Our area has a Celebrate Recovery 7 days a week. I attended inpatient detox, and will probably go home today. I have a large group of women in Celebrate Recovery for support. I also have a church behind me. I have rededicated my life to Jesus. I know with God and my support system I will make it. I was so desperate to overcome the addiction, that I borrowed money from a lender to pay the hospital for what my insurance didn't pay. I feel so free.

Please pray for my grandson, he's a teen, and a diabetic who refuses to take care of himself, He's not saved and is now in a psych floor. Please pray that he has his mind and heart softened and opened to the Lord, and that he receives the medical help he needs so desperately. He has had blood sugars over 2000 and survived. My husband has been fighting cancer since last year. Just had surgery and surgeon said they got it all! He’s a good man that knows about the Lord but never had a real personal relationship. I've overcome several drug addictions and God physically removed me from the fires of hell and Im saying that I felt that stuff....it is not worth living in sin.... it's not. I'm 13-14 years sober from 2 different addictions( heroin and cocaine), 10 from one (alcohol), and 6 months from meth, now I'm free and I fully give God the glory. I'm 30 about to be 31 yo...I've had 5 strokes and 2 heart attacks... but I praise Him in my storms and now I'm doing great and I'm finally happy.... it's thanks to Jesus.❤....I know that this seems far fetched... but I'm not one to lie. I've experienced hell fire and I'm grateful to be saved.

(James 2:1-12) I used to say the same thing until it was brought to my attention by the holy spirit, that in order be spirit filled completely I needed to get rid of any judgement, learn to obey and have peace with Joy in my heart & mind. Be humble among others God knows our hearts and the heart of a brother or sister may not be equipped with all you know, but it is our job to help them, pray for them, encourage them to read the word. We all have a story, they may be weak in spirit but where we are gathered we are mighty!! It only takes one seed to be planted, the rest is up to me!

I claim this in the name of Jesus. I was in a trucking accident on August 27th 2020 which demolished my spine and left me 100 percent disabled. Because of cocoa and no one being in their offices it took 2 years to start drawing disability and then I only draw a month around what I was making a week as a truck driver. The accident was the other part at fault and they received tickets for it but the insurance companies have yet to settle with me so I have lost everything I ever owned and would be homeless except for my landlords patience and belief that I will pay him when I do get a settlement. Now my cars engine blew up and I don't even have personal transportation. I know God's grace will suffice, but it's tough when you are not even sure where your next meal will come from. I never knew what being broke was really like until this happened and I pray for all those going through any situation that puts them in similar circumstances. I have 5 days clean from a 20&1/2 year addiction to Xanax, 6 months clean from opiates. Ive attended Celebrate Recovery since April 2024.
Our area has a Celebrate Recovery 7 days a week.
I attended inpatient detox, and will probably go home today. I have a large group of women in Celebrate Recovery for support.
I also have a church behind me.
I have rededicated my life to Jesus.
I know with God and my support system I will make it.
I was so desperate to overcome the addiction, that I borrowed money from a lender to pay the hospital for what my insurance didn't pay.

My husband has been fighting cancer since last year. Just had surgery and surgeon said they got it all! He’s a good man that knows about the Lord but never had a real personal relationship. We have been so very blessed with prayers from all over. He is finally seeing all the blessings God has shown us through the years and I’m praying he continues his journey to grow his relationship. I’m kinda struggling cause I feel like the devil keeps attacking me and I just sing worship also, once at night I was basically getting attacked by the devil so I just started singing worship quietly then I prayed and my room was dark, and no lights were on and I opened my eye slightly and there was this really bright light- so yeah my parents say it was the Holy Spirit so yeah- I’ll pray for him sorry that was off topic

I've overcome several drug addictions and God physically removed me from the fires of hell and Im saying that I felt that stuff....it is not worth living in sin.... it's not. I'm 13-14 years sober from 2 different addictions( heroin and cocaine), 10 from one (alcohol), and 6 months from meth, now I'm free and I fully give God the glory. I'm 30 about to be 31 yo...I've had 5 strokes and 2 heart attacks... but I praise Him in my storms and now I'm doing great and I'm finally happy.... it's thanks to Jesus.❤....I know that this seems far fetched... but I'm not one to lie. I've experienced hell fire and I'm grateful to be saved.

I used to say the same thing until it was brought to my attention by the holy spirit, that in order be spirit filled completely I needed to get rid of any judgement, learn to obey and have peace with Joy in my heart & mind. Be humble among others
God knows our hearts and the heart of a brother or sister may not be equipped with all you know, but it is our job to help them, pray for them, encourage them to read the word. We all have a story, they may be weak in spirit but where we are gathered we are mighty!! It only takes one seed to be planted, the rest is up to me!

I claim this in the name of Jesus. I was in a trucking accident on August 27th 2020 which demolished my spine and left me 100 percent disabled. Because of cocoa and no one being in their offices it took 2 years to start drawing disability and then I only draw a month around what I was making a week as a truck driver. The accident was the other part at fault and they received tickets for it but the insurance companies have yet to settle with me so I have lost everything I ever owned and would be homeless except for my landlords patience and belief that I will pay him when I do get a settlement. Now my cars engine blew up and I don't even have personal transportation. I know God's grace will suffice, but it's tough when you are not even sure where your next meal will come from. I never knew what being broke was really like until this happened and I pray for all those going through any situation that puts them in similar circumstances. I listen to this song often when I get feeling really down and out always picks me back up to get through another day. I ask for prayers from anyone who reads this and thank you for them.

I wake up this afternoon, ( I'm a night owl ) I get myself some coffee, I sweeten my coffee with honey NOT sugar. Now when I do this I try to remember the honey goes in after I pour the coffee into the cup, NOT before. Well still groggy and not totally awake, I put the honey in before pouring the coffee in the cup and thought oh well I made a mistake. I licked the honey off of the spoon and poured my coffee.
