This convinces me to respect Jihyo even more. Not that I didnt respect her, I always have. But hearing her discuss her most personal feelings and struggles.....we just dont see that that often with Jihyo. And because of that, I respect her even more than I ever have before

If she had quitted or "abolished" the Leader role at the time, there would had been endless speculations about TWICE inner relationships. Choosing the harder path for the sake of the group is Jihyo being Jihyo. Respect for even mentioning it, as she heavily dislikes talking about her hardships, even under duress.
I guess cuz Chaeng really respects Jihyo for her role and job as leader, she finds it hard to talk to her without honorific (too much respect)
She can be leader of jyp at this point 😂

@@Jitzuuuu Why do you think Nayeon would have suffered more? Nayeon is a lot stronger and more capable than you think. They chose Jihyo because she trained the longest. It is a logical choice.

Even though I think Twice don’t plan on doing this but in the future, IF Twice decide to open their own label and have Jihyo as CEO, I think she would do an amazing job. After all, the members have said a few times that they have more control in their career now
Of course, it’s not an easy thing to do so even if they decide to renew their contracts with JYP in the future, I’d still be fine with it since we don’t know what’s gonna happen after the next contract. Some could maybe step down from the idol life or some will continue to work in this industry
Just hearing how she explained everything, even her troubles and concerns, you can see she was, and still is the right choice for leader. Plus, being a trainee there so long she's seen and experienced so much. Great video. Thank you for sharing it with us. 🙏

When a group does this, renewal as a whole, they do it for the group. Not the company or whoever. And Jihyo can't have it easy with such a diverse group of shut-ins, extroverts, jokers, mic-passers 😂
The only group that just renewed as a whole because of Minx members having a shorter contract, is Dreamcatcher I guess.
