    weird, mine is working even i put differenct name value for unit

    Enforcing Tags gives issue on snapshot operation of Azure Backup

      You could make an exclusion for that then.

      @@Atmosera- : Doesnt work like that. Azure automatically creates some additional resources and removes it for snapshot. No matter what, it will fail.

    Hi Sir,
    Thank you for the video, however can the scope be at the subscription level, not limiting to resource groups ?

      You can scope policies to subscriptions, RG, or management groups if you're using those.

      @@Atmosera- Thank you, however I selected the scope to the subscription and tried creating a RG but the tags were not displaying :( but when I keep the scope for the RG and when I create any storage accounts, VMs - the policy works perfectly fine and tagging the resources

      @@tejakirankumarjami9993 Not for tagging. You need to create an automatic remediation for tags to be enforced on RG's and resources.
