Im guessing that this song is about a controlling relationship were she can't do anything without him thinking that something is up and he is causing all these problems and saying that she is the one making the problems. But he wants to believe what he wants to believe. I could be wrong.
I think it's about religious people pretending they have a right to tell you how to live your life based on the bible but since eveyone sins (cuts your hair, eats shrimp, etc those are all sins) then they should be looking at themselves too before they judge others for sinning when everyone has technically sinned.
Well not all religious people are judgy. And cutting your hair and eating shrimp aren't sins... It was back then but it's allowed now. I'm a Christian and I love Jesus but if someone isn't Christian I don't judge I just let them be what they want it's their life and they face their own consequences so I shouldn't get involved
