Take your time shooting the video (the camera is too shaky), unless you don't have enough time. Get different angles and shots (ideally with a 2nd camera) of what you are showing us and polish everything in edit, you can also use overlays(taken before or after the actual shoot, it can be photos or video) as you speak (and a bit of a background track here and there) since its not a live video. the BG track also takes the attention away from the echo in the rooms. Also look at how other home tours have done it, not necessarily replicating their ideas, but just to get the feel. But follow your dreams and your heart my guy & I just hope I didn't offend you.
