For anybody who’s game crashes after changing the value, after you do the first scan you have to get more xp by losing wanted level or something, then do the next scan to lower the number of addresses. This at least fixed the problem for me.

thats a good thing it probably means your level is glitched and its actually the level you want it to be but it shows something different. Thats how you dont get banned

yo i just want to say there are 2 achievements on steam for reaching level 50 and level 100 and if your above level 100 without any of those achievements it might seems pretty suspicious so level up to 448,700 to be 100 RP away from level 50 then get the cops on you and then escape and you should gain 100 RP and you will level up to level 50 and should get the achievement for it and do the same with level 100.
My level went instantly up, but once i join a new session it turns right back to my original level. What's the problem? Ps: You could just change to window mode by pressing Alt+H

after my level went up, i bought minigun (unlocked at level 120, i think) and various unlocked weapons, and my level saved in rockstar server.
