Thanks for telling our story and your help. Our transition to Lethbridge from Vancouver almost took a year from selling to buying. We have finally found our home thanks to you.
I moved here from BC about 3 years ago, bought a nice house outright in the south and really love it. Hardie board siding new central air, central vac all the bells and whistles. Close to all amenities. Fantastic.
@@kurtishawkins I'm so close to moving to Lethbridge. It's my #1 choice in Alberta for reals. I am just picking up my life back on track after Covid and the recession but will make my move soon. I love the little city vibe of it. Kinda makes me think of Springfield (Simpson's) or Quahog (Family Guy). 😂

Thanks for sharing! Glad we could make it work!
Glacier National Park is just over an hour away as well and is breathtaking. Better views than anything I've seen in Banff.
Oh yeah - I didn’t even mention that! Good call
@@kurtishawkins so many great places within a short drive it’s hard to mention them all.

Very cool!
We bought our property here on Vancouver Island in 2015 for $450 thousand, now it's worth $1.3 million, we want to sell and move to Lethbridge.
Holy moly that’s crazy. That’s what most of my clients are doing!
My property is listed here in Nanoose bay. Soon as it sells we are moving over.
Hi Curtiis... could you give me an advise in who I can refer to for renting un Lethbridge in instead of purchasing? Thanks a lot for your feedback
Yes, absolutely.

All nice and sure can be smooth but main issue is jobs to have….
Lethbridge has the lowest unemployment rate in Alberta :)
Is the shortage of family doctors and specialists still an issue in Lethbridge?
We have seen quite a few new doctors come to Lethbridge over the past year, but honestly I don’t know enough to comment on that
