looked for a diff band, but a typo lead me to this... if someone told me this was on like an old gta radio station i'd believe em. Proper quality.
Awesome first listen Volume to 11 Love the extra reverb in the vocals while the guitar in your face and is a bit Marshall Tucker/Steve Miller ... Everybody plays it well as I find myself listening to everyone's part here and they rock it. Overall a great sound!
A mid 60s sound ,with the keyboard and reverb echo ,lead singer has a Bobby Darin sound. GREAT Band ! Nice Tune 👍

That guitar riff is tasty
I really like the sound of this band. As an old southern rocker from the 60's and 70's, I hear some Outlaws, Grateful Dead, and maybe a little Dickey Betts in there.

To me you sound a lot like passenger Mike the lead singer l am lucky enough to meet one of the band members a good few year's ago and l know his family very well as his nan made our wedding cake year's ago !!.

This is a great song, top notch playing, recording and mixing, I'm really impressed. Especially for being a retro/ throwback roots/ Americana type of rock''n'roll band (you can definitely hear the classic rock, country and blues influences) their sound is not anywhere near being generic, and sounds fresh, modern somehow.
Really catchy tune.
And the musicianship these guys display is excellent. Love the great guitar work and the beautiful Telecaster tone.
This is the first song I've heard by The Heavy Heavy, but I am going to check out some of their other songs right now, lol, I hope they are as good as this one.
I'd love to see these guys live sometime, do they ever come to Toronto, or anywhere in Ontario, Canada?
