Bench mark 100 mm
Stretch perfomed on M/C. Growth measured After 30 minute relex. Supose it is 106 mm. So growth 106-100/100*100=6%
And
Recovery=Bench mark - growth
Supose
Recovery=100-6
Recovery=94%
