All I saw was pizza and gaining muscle in the title and I’m sold. Pizza and lifting got it. 😂
Lift heavy, eat trash, make gainz!
Well, to be flat you need to eat flat food... Like pizza xD
You are not the only one.

I'm a pizza chef and consultant, studied in Italy, and an avid gym goer. Almost nobody is overweight in Italy and folks workout very little if at all. The problem is that American pizza is typically made with low quality ingredients and has too many toppings and too much cheese which is calorically dense. Italians know about portion control and instinctively follow a balanced diet. I encourage folks to make pizza at home because when eating out it's gonna be trash.

Hahaha cool! I actually never knew that

If you hit your macros, limit calories, you can eat whatever you want and be fit. May not be the healthiest but you can surely be fit
Absolutely
The reality is probably almost nobody just eats pizza and/or junk food and gets away with staying in their desired calorie range whilst also getting the correct amount of macros. You just end up feeling like eating more of it and then you go way over before you know it.
@amdstrollo3074 true, it's best to eat mostly healthy and just have like one cheat day a week
@@amdstrollo3074You do if you’re a hard gainer like me.. you can literally eat anything because you will burn calories by simply breathing air.
The best thing would be to eat your biggest meal before bed so the calories could stick while you sleep.
@@wizard8437 some people are gifted in that sense, often times those people are younger or don't actually know how much they are actually consuming in a day. Or you are an enhanced form *wink wink* 💉
I'm almost 40 and I eat pizza( 16" whole pie to myself) twice a week and Im not overweight I weigh 130lb. I don't eat frozen pizza or eat a chain pizza joints. Only homemade and mom and pops pizzerias. I don't go to the gym i just have a insanely high metabolism. I use sourdough for crust I've also made cauliflower crust. Only Pesto and Neapolitan sauce. Also gyro meat as the protein (lamb). Olives hot peppers mushrooms onions just load it up. Lol
I love to purposely eat a lot of pizza the day before a heavy/intense workout the next day. All the stored calories and carbs forces me to push harder in my workout to work it off and i always notice a slight boost in my strength when i try to lift heavy.
"Pizza power!
A flying saucer food delight.
Pizza power!
Pizza power makes me feel alright!"

Sending this one to my personal trainer.
You don’t need a trainer to workout
@firebird_spleen4190 most people can't keep themselves accountable. personal trainers are good at that.
as a hard gainer, adding one pizza a day was the only way I was able to put in mass 😂😂
How to spread out all my new gained pizza muscles from my stomach to the rest of my body?

Anyone else is a big fan of pineapple on pizza
For those who live in the states, I would recommend mod pizza They are not expensive. They don't charge for the toppings end. The entire pizza is maybe 1200 calories at the most. If you want to do chain, restaurant and not do it at home
they are good, unfortunately I live near DC and the one near us closed a few years back lol (every chain restaurant seems to leave this region for some reason)
@@aaron_d_henderson1984bro wym there’s so many mod pizzas in the dmv 😭
I make my own pizza under 800 calories with 45 g of protein
I will never stop eating pizza
Watching this while eating my first pizza of this year.
I really need to learn that having junk food here and there is okay.
I knew my Domino's order would come in handy one day✊🏾😭
Pizza is all the food pyramid all at once! I eat one slice (~500 cal) daily. But I also walk/bike 3 miles+ each day
How much do you weigh?
Ive been a bodybuilder for 10 years, I think I eat pizza more than any other food. It's PERFECT for the training season.
One of the reasons for 1/4 of people eating pizza is due to employers. They choose this over paying extra benefits.
I'm sure when GM chose to do billions in share buybacks recently, they probably passed pizza off vs. pay increases.
I've been struggling to bulk. I'll give this a try.
Thank you for the update, The Infographics Show..!! Muscle and pizza.. I could only relate those two for chefs who spin the dough.
Going to the gym and eating a pizza afterwards sounds like a cure for constipation
Moral of the story. Be rich.
Yea? That in every food diet in amarica the food market in amarica is absolutely trash heathy food is expensive and unhealthy stuff is expensive where i live its the other way around
But making a pizza your own is still les expensive
Haha. I am but I'm too tight. 😂
I've started making my own using pre made wheat Naan bread

I went to a local tabletop hobby shop that made “Lembas Bread,” and it was the most delicious Cauliflower crust I’ve ever had.
Pizza and ice cream are great for bulking. Then cut them out and switch up diet when cutting and you’ll see insane gains.
Ew.
@@Flamsterette train insane or stay the same. Bulking is the key to extreme muscle gain.
@@JordanBlue1Guess I’m just lucky.
@@HunterB738 in what way do you think you’re lucky?
Eating pizza and ice cream with no concept of what nutritional value is in them will make you fat. Did you watch the video? A clean bulk is way more effective.
I'm glad the video explained how actually proteins from animal sources are better, complete proteins, compared to proteins from other sources.
yall had pizza every friday night as kids?!
Before we had kids my husband and I would invite his parents over for make your own pizza night. I made the crust, flour. Made the sauce, tomato. Then I’d have several cheeses and toppings and everyone made their own pizza.
With kids on occasion I’ll buy a premade crust and more make your own pizza night.
Slight correction a pizza with sauce at least in my area can also be called a poor man’s pizza. I’m not sure why but that’s what I’ve always known as.
It gave me gerd back in 2010 and I'm still dealing with it. I don't have heart burn anymore but I still have to eat a full meal every 2 hours. This means I have to plan my work day around this and I cannot work jobs which don't have a lot of down time.
just remember , here in Scotland we deep fry Pizza .. lol
All my adult life I’ve preferred the traditional pepperoni, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, & a thick crust or (preferably) stuffed crust (more mozzarella). I also really like the Hawaiian pizza w/ ham & pineapple. But the ham does NOT help you grow muscle hardly at all, & pepperoni ain’t much better!
A couple times I’ve had grilled chicken pizza & it was actually really good!!!
Tom Hardy had to eat pizza till he felt sick to get enough mass for Bane role
Hmmm...love me a super thin pizza, light sauce, light cheese, super lean ground beef and onion. Yummm!
😂😂😂 I was thinking bout how pizza was a good protein snack the other day
MOD pizza is a hack, x4 grilled chicken, x2 candadian bacon, x1 spicy chicken sausage, mozerella cheese and red sauce, 1070 calories, 100g protien rest is carbs and fat (11 inch regular crust)
I’m actually in great shape. I eat pizza just about everyday and drink beer every day.
Friday?
For me pizza night always shifted around to different days
Go to a usmc barracks on a Friday nights you’ll see beer fights and a whole lot of pizza
Tomato was NOT the original sauce on pizza. Pizza has existed since BEFORE Mediterranean had access to tomatoes.
Calling all members of the protein shake community. Go pizza or go fat
I stopped eating pizza for 5 months now and ive lost some gains 😂😂😂😂
Planet Fitness: "Oh! So now its cool to eat pizza? Pizza can be healthy? But when we did it..."

@@LegendaryFenrir def true. Ive had a membership. It's better to work out at home
1 slice of Costco cheese pizza has 70 grams of protein
You got 1 fact wrong, you are supposed to eat 1 gr of protein per KG not per lb,the difference between the 2 its huge
I'm salty.. I have a gluten disease so I can enjoy the pizza workout like most of you
I think it comes down to the fact that everything but the Toppings is processed food
Any food can be super foods... If ingredients are right...
So its no longer a cheat meal, eating pizza for the gainz
Mr infographics show, English or Spanish?
baby you got something in your nose
Well Pizza is a 'superfood' dense in nutrients and decent macros
So pretty much it’s an incredibly flexible food to create and personalize therefore making it very easy to be healthy or not… This is basically the same as studying the effects of eating a sandwich on muscle mass 😂
Go to a Your Pie pizza place. They have the option of a whole wheat crust. Now your getting the protein and fiber you need. Enriched refined wheat is overprossessd garbage.
Cauliflower crust is a cry for help.

It's not bad if you tried it. Compared to probably any other real pizza, it probably will taste worse.

EXCELLENT VIDEO ❤
Before watching this, as someone who loves pizza but has started dieting and exercising, let me try my luck: To put it simply, pizza's have a tri-fecta issue for the sedentary low metabolism people out there: Pizzas may be composed of one or more ingredients that are ultra processed, typically will be very high in fat even if just from cheese, and typically will be high in carbs largely due to starchy wheat dough. There are alternatives to all of these issues, but if you're trying to body build, the fat and carbs are not nearly as big of a big deal, so you're mostly just trying to stay away from ultra-processed garbage. Best approach is to get whole ingredients with minimal processing and make your own pizzas.
After watching: This video was funded by big sugar -_- Look, I don't hate sugar, and I think humans are natural omnivores, in which case one would not be able to avoid carbs. You guys on the other hand have produced a video where anyone without knowledge would get the impression that carbs are more important than fat, especially when you keep advocating for low-fat alternatives. We're inundated with low-fat this and low-fat that because of sugar lobbyists convincing congress that fat is what's making us fat, not all the highly addictive empty-carb added sugar foods. Yes, it's possible to get too much saturated fat, like with anything else, but the sugar industry funded studies showing particularly strong ties to obesity and fat are terribly biased and full of confounding factors. And yes, protein is the most important ingredient for building muscle, but you need energy, and our bodies are better equipped to process fat, not sugar. Yes, I do think we need carbs, again, I'm not some ultra strict carnivore. BUT at least I'm not producing videos based on outdated flawed studies. If you're going to have any issue with meat, it should be because of the processing, not saturated fat phobia.
Doesn’t matter what u eat it, you can burn it right off when working out.
Yea but not if you eat to much i mean when i work out i burn like 2000 kcal (not counting al the cycling and walking i do ) but if i eat 5000 kcal i will still get fat af
