1:00 When I was a kid the family dog ate my prosthetic leg. Keep in mind, the insurance through my dad's work didn't pay for my prosthetic. My dad wanted to have the dog put down, he was so mad.
Those Boa dial strings/wires are super fragile, I broke so many that I switched to tensioner bindings on my AK socket. Silicone pads are a life saver especially if you need to bulk out your liner if I loose weight. Enjoy your new attachments 🤗🦾🦿🤗
Definitely turn your damaged prosthetic hand into a Halloween prop. That would be awesome. Owning a dog can be difficult sometimes, but they are loveable and easy to forgive :)
My 25 year old daughter and I just rented a 2020 jeep last month while on vacation. You remind me of her so much. Both tiny and adorable! You look awesome in your jeep! Thanks for the video and God bless !

quick possibly stupid question, but why not use themuscled in your forearm to control a more complex prosthetic hand? as in, either diractly, which would require some surgery, or indirectly, using sensors
I love getting new gear for my prosthetic! Does your prosthetic use a pin or suction? I started out using a pin but when I was really active on it, it caused these fluid sacks to form along with swelling so I switched to suction which fixed the issue. Also how long did it take for your limb to stop shrinking? I’ve had my knub/stump for a year an a half now and I still have to go in to my prosthetist to get a new check-socket made.
Also that boa system on your socket is dope! I have one on my afo and it makes adjustments so much easier. The sound reminds me of going fishing and reeling in the line lol.
