Hi English speaking friends :) if you try this make sure to use "instant yeast". If you use active dry yeast then you have to activate it with warm water and sugar in a separate bowl first. Generally instant yeast is for bread that you make in a short time (3-4 hrs total) but active dry yeast is better when left to rise overnight/24 hrs.

Not exactly sure if this is why but I know when working with yeast stretching it and releasing air does something with the gluten in the flour so it’s not gelatinous or chewy. It could have something to do with the desired texture of the bread when baked

영상에 나오는 틀이 없어서 그런데 일반 오븐 팬에다가 반죽을 놓고 구우면 안되나요..?
틀은 다양하게 바꾸어 사용하셔도 괜찮답니다~
그치만 빵을 성형한 크기나 틀에 따라 굽는 시간 차이가 날 수 있어 빵의 구움색을 보시며 조절해 주시면 좋을 것 같아요~
