I think the list is a bit too hyped, I feel like mid tier should not even bee there, just viable and bad, and then basically drop every pokemon one tier down, weezing s tier as if it was imposible to deal with, like garchomp, excadrill and mamo are not on almost every team nowadays, not to mention special attackers and mixed attackers can threaten it with no difficulty.
its not about what pokemon are on every team, its about how good each pokemon is in the metagame at this moment something like jellicent only has 5% usage and yet its defensive presence is hard to match and not many people will disagree with that
