Beautiful Moments

There is nothing as wonderful as friends who accept you for who you are, in whose company you are comfortable, who love and support your choices.
I have been blessed to have many.
At the time, I didn't know it was the "Miraculous Medal", although I loved it because I could see it was the Blessed Mother and it came from a beloved friend. Brother Jonas, wherever you are, I hope you know how much you are appreciated. I pray for you (as I know pray for me). You have to know how much you are missed!
Likewise, all the other brothers seen in this video, AND those who live in an abbey far from here. A few of the people herein haven't yet had to leave my city, and I am fortunate enough to visit with them often -- specifically, Father Michael, Father Alexander and the Sisters of the Holy Family Church -- but some of the seminarians who will be returning in the fall will eventually be assigned elsewhere too.
It's one of the hardest parts (for me) about their vocations... But when your friends are studying for the priesthood, eventually you WILL part ways.
