I am confused with the post of the woman who sinned Zina. She gave birth and weaned the child. But she was then stoned to death. And the man who committed the sin zina with her, was not punished?? I appreciate this teaching but I am confused with this part. I always maintain that if my life efforts will not see me in Jannah, I will still say that Allah is the one and only GOD even as I enter the the Blaze.
Stoning adulterers and adulteresses to death is a command from Allah ﷻ. ٱلزَّانِیَةُ وَٱلزَّانِی فَٱجۡلِدُوا۟ كُلَّ وَ ٰحِدࣲ مِّنۡهُمَا مِا۟ئَةَ جَلۡدَةࣲۖ وَلَا تَأۡخُذۡكُم بِهِمَا رَأۡفَةࣱ فِی دِینِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡیَوۡمِ ٱلۡـَٔاخِرِۖ وَلۡیَشۡهَدۡ عَذَابَهُمَا طَاۤىِٕفَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ ﴿ ٢ ﴾ The woman and the man guilty of illegal sexual intercourse, flog each of them with a hundred stripes. Let not pity withhold you in their case, in a punishment prescribed by Allah, if you believe in Allah and the Last Day. And let a party of the believers witness their punishment. (This punishment is for unmarried persons guilty of the above crime but if married persons commit it, the punishment is to stone them to death, according to Allah's Law). (2) An-Nur, Ayah 2 Just because the man wasn’t mentioned that does not mean that he was not punished. Also don’t ever despair in the mercy of Allah ﷻ. He forgives all sins and is the most merciful. Don’t ever say you will enter the blaze, perhaps Allah ﷻ will forgive you for all your sins and enter you into paradise without reckoning or punishment. It is easy for him. Just do your best to adhere to the Quran and the sunnah and they way of the companions and turn to your lord in forgiveness and he will guide and forgive you.
I am crying as I am watching this. This lecture hits deeply my heart. Allah is Al-Mutaqabhir. May Allah forgive all my shortcomings.
