To give a little of context, this boss is very special, is the closest to a 'god' in the PGR universe, I think that's why the song goes that hard with the synth, showing the raw power of "that"
from my understanding the boss is a god for pgr as we dont even fight the actual being its just a small portion of its actual power as a test
The Mercifull One is a multiversal begin that has tested many universes within the tower. The PGR universe was one of them and the only character that was be able to face "Him" was Lee with the Hyperreal frame. BTW, he fought the projection of the beging which contains 20% of its true power, but still very impressive from Lee.
correction its actually a battle between 2 god 🤣 ( def not a ref to true fire god )
it's also worth noting that it took Hyperlee a whole bunch of attempts even after making it to that point, and the projection stopped as soon as it was meaningfully injured
With this one, I swear, is best experienced when you see what part of the game that last part plays. It's so good!

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this one yet, but you should definitely listen to Ascending, it's one of the best pgr songs in my opinion. It really makes you ascend, if you know what I mean
