Your guest is discreet but the other two guys who want to contest for the Presidency, financed and facilitated by NRM are Lukwago & Mpuga. These two have been promised ministerial posts in M7 / Muhoozi’s government post 2026 elections. There’s no way the two can win any votes even in Buganda. Their standing - as your guest has stated - is strictly designed to divide Kyagulanyi’s votes.
Everyone must remember:
- one cannot ever STOP an idea whose time has come
- check the Bible first for the 40 year rule. Even with Kyagulanyi’s death, M7 & his government will depart Uganda’s political scene very soon
- That which God has blessed, no man can take away. Kyagulanyi is God’s response to Ugandans’ cry to their sufferings. Like Moses (of the Bible), Kyagulanyi may not get to the ‘promised land’ (a new post M7 Uganda) but, as a people, Uganda will see off M7 and, currently, Kyagulanyi is our leader.
