  • Are you trying to support a new grad OT but it’s not going to plan?
    Are they struggling for confidence?
Is their service provision below where you would expect it to be for a new grad?
Or worse - have they already left because it wasn’t working out?
I’ve been talking about this topic a lot recently (I’ll drop some links in the comments if you missed it), but with a new wave of new grads about to become real-life OTs, we need to keep talking about it.
Supporting a new grad isn’t easy, but you need to find a way to figure out how to do it well.
P.S. If you’re struggling to support your new grads, or are planning on hiring one but you’re not sure if you’re as prepared as you should be, send me a message via my website and I’ll share some resources to get you started: yott.au
