That’s a cool trick tilting the plate in the holder, I didn’t know that was a thing,

Could you use a 45-degree mirror in front of the lens to get the image correct (left-right)?
Most people are not that symmetrical after all.
    Nice technique!

I could shoot on glass to do that. But the mirrored image shows what people normally see in the mirror. It is more natural to them.

@@mhaustria Funny... I never thought of that. For all others, it may look a bit strange.
I am one of the few that always look at the buttons on a jacket or shirt to see if an image is reversed.
But hen I also hate it when I see a chessboard that is 90-degree out...

@@olafzijnbuis i an sure you overheard somebody say, that he does not recognize himself on a portrait, that’s mostly because they sees themselves only in the mirror

@@mhaustria Correct. I agree with that... I used to have asymmetric hair once... It is just strange not to get what you see. WYGINWYS :-)

@@olafzijnbuis If it is really important, I use Glass, but mostly I do a consultation before the shooting about what to wear and what not. But I get where you are coming from. I am just so used to the mirrored image :)

Amazing! Just how much Ws (Watt-seconds) did you need to expose it as successfully as you did?
