Two Buffalo Intestine & Potato Curry Prepared For Whole Villagers - Tasty Intestine Curry Cooking

Two big size buffalo intestine & potato curry cooking by village women for whole village peoples & kids as charity food work. In this video we have shown full cleaning process of intestine.
How to clean buffalo intestine & cook curry using potato? After cleaning two buffalo intestine about 20 KG of fresh intestine can be found and we use about 10 KG of potato to cook curry for villagers.
We have bought big size of two intestine of buffalo from meat market Kushtia.
Then about 15 village women clean the intestine first from a small canal of village then they clean it using ponds water then they clean it using fresh water and also clean intestine using hot water then they put salt & turmeric powder and boiled it then about 10 women cut the boiled intestine into very small small pieces and also cut potato into small pieces.
Then cooked intestine curry using all kind of spice meat mashala of village and also cook about 25 KG of rice to serve the intestine curry & rice to village kids & villagers.
