Hello Sylvia. What a wonderful meal and it's so nice to have your sister eat with you. I live in a small city on top of an inland cliff and we have a cafe similar to yours right on the edge of the cliff. It is beautiful to have coffee and look out over the valley. I will go there today and remember you trip to your cafe. I don't appreciate it enough, being so close to it. Isn't that always the way?! 😄 I hope your daughters do well in school. I sympathise with the weight gain, I had a life threatening pulmonary embolisms about a year ago and my mobility reduced significantly. I used to walk for an hour a day and at my worst I could only take about ten steps before having to sit down. I am getting there now though, not really loosing the weight but getting about more by walking, I even walked taking one step in front of the other up a flight of stairs not long ago which was an amazing achievement 😊
