    Day 30 - Thank you Sir for explaining The Six Pillars of Self-Esteem book. My takeaway from this book are take action to come out of comfort zone to develop self-esteem, belief and accept yourself the way you are, take responsibility of ownself, practice self affirmations, don't blame anyone for your own mistakes, learn from it and move forward to work on own better version, keep asking yourself what is purpose of your life and live a enjoyable life, prioritize ownself work on personal integrity, take small steps to accomplish goal to achieve it, change mindset to improve self-esteem.

    Day 30 :- I am happy that I accepted this challenge.
    For this book , my fav. Points are ,
    1) Don't sit in your confort Zone and get out of it.
    2) You need not to perform well from day 1 , rather than that you should atleast try to perform something that you think your peak performance.
    3) Firstly , if we want others to behave respectfully with us , we have to behave respectfully with ourselves.
    4) Don't constantly change yourself for others, so that they can like you. Change yourself , for your own belief and confidence.
    (I followed the last point very seriously, as I was meeting my old friend after so many years so I just try to being better myself physically. But that , plan got cancelled and she some how manages to tell me that all of past things are my fault. I was upset at that time , thinking I have worked so hard for her and she still treats me like a random tapori boy.
    Then I started working out and becoming best in my own life, and now she is trying to catch me , and I am way out of her league now.)

    🎀What Is self esteem? - it means to believe in yourself and your ability. With healthy Self esteem we can think about who we are and what we want to be.
    🎀 Self esteem is two types - 1. Trust in our ability - in this self esteem we need to trust your decisions, ability, and results.
    2. Self respect - adopting self esteem to appear confident, and you move forward in your life.
    6 pillars or exercises -
    1. Exercise of living with the sense - to use awareness and achieve an active mind, ask yourself a question - what is I do this? Now according to your situation fulfill these and achive awareness. It has been asked to use it as a powerful tool to live more consciously .
    2. The Exercise of Self affirmation - tou say the word with the mirror , I accept my Self. To accept yourself you have understand your self.
    3. Exercise of own responsibility - take responsibility for yourself , and for those things which depend only on us , when you have in problem ask yourself - what can I do about it ? It will depend on your answer and How you complete the sentence.
    4. Exercise of Self assertiveness - It means to be genuine and authentic. It is important to have values , with self assertion you can face the challanges of your life.
    5. Exercise of living purposefully - live a purposeful life, and ask yourself - what do you want to achieve in your life? - to achieve a healthy Self esteem, you have a desire, fulfill your important purpose in your life.
    6. Exercise of personal integrity - it means being honest about your values , every easy on tough work is match for your values, It increase your self esteem. And ask yourself - are you living with personal integrity? - understand your values from today .
    🎀 External factors influencing Self esteem -
    🎀 Guardian - It is about the Self esteem of children, child's personality, parents should focus on developing their Self esteem.
    🎀Teachers - teacher should be prepared their students to be encouraged.
    🎀Work companies - workers with more self esteem perform better.
    🎀 Leader CEO president - you have to be with people better than you.

    Self esteem is two first is confidence and second is self respect.
    6 pillar of building self-esteem
    * Living with the senses means be aware about yourself. To chage awareness is needed for this do exercise of completng the sentences like "if i do this work then what?" And many more..
    Exercise of self affirmation stand in front of mirror and say i accept myself. Accept yourself and then start working upon yourself the way you wannna be.
