carpentry
basketball
skateboarding
boxing

... anything that you're drawn to that you think would be fun if you were even a little better at it.
Do a little bit of it once or twice a day. Make it fun and easy. Keep it light.
Pay attention to balance: example with basketball - do you dribble well with only one hand?
Try to develop other and pay attention to the strengths and weakness on each side. Notice the wrist, elbow, shoulder patterns.
No net? Great, more time to work on ball handling, right?
Once you notice a little improvement, it will inspire you to keep going. Growth will be exponentially higher as you progress.

But for 1 hour of your time is not that bad.

They also have at least eight years of school, which can mean significant student debt depending on your financial situation, scholarships, etc. And then they have residency and fellowship, during which time they are making a good living but nowhere near those high dollar figures. That's something that comes after you've put in 20 years of hard work.

And I dont see any hop to earn that much money since in Germany we have extreme high taxes. I would have to pay 42% of my income every month. People push me to study the master, but I honestly dont give a shit about this degree. I know there are other ways to make good money without spending extra 2 years in University.
