- SANTACO-KZN hosted a prayer in remembrance of the 11 people who were violently killed on the R74 between Colenso and Ladysmith while returning from a funeral in July. The prayer was held on 28 October in Ladysmith.
MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mxolisi Kaunda was in attendance at the prayer and was accompanied by Uthukela District Municipality Mayor Cllr Siphiwe Mazibuko, Road Safety Ambassador Mr Ayanda Msweli, Pastor MS Mpungose and SANTACO-KZN Provincial Chairperson Mr Boy Zondi.
