Hi Joe, Sounds like you must have missed a few sound bits. This is early September when it was filmed. The creek hadn't been stocked since May. But hey, thanks for watching!
For trout fishing pls make a video of you going to the river bridge campsite it is along the rogue river I use the salmon eggs and get one every single cast
@@TeamPautzkei try to keep it at either 6lb or 8lb test fluorocarbon to be safe because there's 10lb browns and huge cutts in my region. Couple small split shots. Medium light fast action 6ft st croix paired to an abu Garcia revo x. The pautzke baits always do extremely well for me with stocked fish, they just only fight me every now and then. Most of the time when i hook up they swim straight towards me lol.
I’ve tried these eggs so many times and had no luck and I don’t know why. Even tried them on a heavily stocked lake. I’ve floated them and just casted them out. The trout just don’t like them in the Pacific Northwest
Ironically, we are based in the PNW and these eggs were created by catching trout there. We can't recall finding a water in the PNW they haven't worked in - since 1934. It has to be a presentation issue. We'd be happy to help you improve your results and trouble shoot, but would need to see your gear, rigging, etc.
Love the info you guys give, very helpful. Sweet camera angles and commentary too, nice video.
Where is this?
These work great in Washington in alpine lakes
Nice fish where is this place
What creek or river?
Where is this creek at ?
That Creek was stocked for the video to make their products look bullet proof

@@TeamPautzke I'll be looking for the video it's been 5 years since we have been up there or Gatlinburg.
I hate stocked fish, almost everytime i have hooked one, they've just swam straight towards me with no fight lol 😞
Are you using 20-pound test and a large weight? Try dropping down to 2 or 4 pound test. It makes a huge difference!

Pautzke Bait I don’t know it’s weird, maybe it’s the part of Washington I live in
You guys don't know much
Yup, you caught us. We've never caught a trout before;)
