oh interesting i though the chord i was playing all this time was an add9 but it was a sus2 lol. no clue how i got the name mixed up probably because i don't really pay attention to chord names much. something i've gotta work on a bit more. would love to see even more chord shapes. great video
So practically, part of shoegaze chords were influenced by Jimi Hendrix. That Cmaj7/G and Fmaj7#11/C shape are the chords Jimi Hendrix used on Angel and some more songs. Now I have more respect on Jimi Great video, though

Yes it can be, but it comes with practice. Generally the acoustic strings are thicker making them more difficult to press.
