They have incredible guitarists. Incredible drummer. Incredible bass player. Incredible vocalist. Incredible songs. What other band has so many amazing musicians shoved into one? Most bands usually only have one or two members who stand out or none stand out, but all Versailles members stand out. They are truly incredible :D I wish they were more recognised and appreaciated, it makes me sad seeing how underrated they are :( Some of the best music Ive ever heard in my life
Galneryus? Imo is better than versailles. there are couples of versailles song i like.. but galneryus, all of their songs r masterpieces.. checkout their latest full live version on yt, just pray to the sky.

But Versailles songs have more interesting compositions and integration of classical music which appeals to me more. Its up to your taste.

On a side note, I know nothing about drum kits. If the guitars are tuned half a step down for a song, how do they handle that for drums? I hear people say drums are not tuned for pitch, but I disagree. They are tuned, but its not like they can switch a kit out as easy as a second or third guitar. I assume the drum kit is just always standard tuned, unless an entire album or set list is tuned down/up. This is where the term tone deaf really comes into play, because the % of people who can blindly name a note has to be low. Most people would not know a song is a half step off standard. Not to mention UA-cam recordings don't really help.
Twigleaf i only know that this version is half step lower than normal because I have heard the original version so many times, and I memorized the notes. I wish I had perfect pitch, it would help a lot HAUEHAUEHA Regarding the drum tuning, since its mostly a percussive instrument, the frequency of the notes doesn't really matter that much. They just tune it until it sounds good, no matter the key of the song. Most drum samples libraries only come with one tuning, and you can use them in any song and they will sound good

This version of the live is so much more emotional that any other version of the song. I love it.

Twigleaf Kamijo's vocal style has changed a bit since their reunion. It's a bit deeper, so I think the half step lower helps him sound that way.
