nice, but did anyone notice that the shackle which connects the bright yellow tackle to the lifting point (top of pyramid) was 'open"- ie not screwed shut?? As this secures one corner of the stretcher it would come undone if any slack came into this line, probably causing the casualty to drop ( he is only connected to his own climbing rope - you can't see the rescuer securing his harness to anything else on the stretcher).

Invest in a 5 point Rigging plate for the litter... and the knot... perhaps a bowline on a bight
