About Who's The Boss?:
Being a parent is tough; being a single parent is even tougher. So when injuries and his wife's death force ex-baseball player Tony Micelli (Tony Danza) into retirement, and a single mom, high powered advertising executive Angela Bower (Judith Light), needed someone to run her household, it was a match made in heaven. Or was it? After convincing her free spirited, mischievous mother, Mona Robinson (Katherine Helmond), that hiring Tony is the right thing to do, the less-than-tidy Angela welcomes him and his daughter Samantha (Alyssa Milano) as the live-in housekeeper for her and her son Jonathan (Danny Pintauro). And while their relationship starts out businesslike and platonic, becoming best friends and confidants makes it hard for two attractive, single adults living under one roof to resist their more grown-up impulses.

When you are acting with a guy that can kill you, in just one move. The great Tommy Hearns.
I love how wholesome this is and the example of sportsmanship they show.
more realistic boxing than Rocky 4.
Tony was a real boxer
“The Great” Tommy Hearns!
Having some fun! 🙂
looks like a lot of those punches are actually making light contact. this isn't "stage fighting" Tony Danza was a decent enough small time boxer before he started acting, and though I don't think he ever could have stood with Tommy Hearns in an actual match, he could certainly take some contact in a light spar with him. I bet Tony Danza enjoyed the hell out of this!
Tony Danza a journeyman got in the ring with an All time great ,staged light sparring or otherwise, this I bet was one of the highlights of his life / Career .Hearns was a great sport
You’re eyes weren’t lying, Tony knew how to move around & was landing some shots that Tommy wasn’t expecting, kinda thing, slipping them in there..if you know you know, you only learn that in sparring....can’t fake what he was doing in there..
best cinematic boxing choreography! better than any in the Rocky movies.
How could you say that?
@@mstwelvedeadlycyns
Because guya in Rocky can't box. These 2 guys can. Tony Danza fought in the amatuers. Hearns, need no introduction.
Let's not get crazy now
Tony danza was also a pro boxer with a 9-3 record. All his wins were by knockouts.
First Tony Danza than Martin Lawrence two former Golden glove champs.
Champs? Just because you enter the Golden Gloves doesn't make you a Champ . In fact Muhammad Ali seen Tony Danza hitting the heavy bag at the gym . Threw Tony in the head lock and gave him nuggies on top of his head . Ali said white boy find another career . Boxing aint for you . Its on youtube . Muhammad Ali 60 th Birthday celebration . Tony Danza says the first tim he met Muhammad Ali .
So funny. After the fight was over, they came together to start talking about baking brownies.
Yep, all business, nothing personal. I like that. lol
Didn't realize that was Tommy Hearns... one of the greatest fights of all time, Hagler v Hearns....
I knew it right away but I am in my 50s and from the Detroit area. I don't think most people would remember the old school days.
Tommy "The Hit Man" Hearns!
@@TechTVusa Bruh, I watch old black and white films from the 30s. Of course I recognize the Hitman.
@@gregfalco4528 A sixteen year old could watch the Three Stooges and old Charlie Chaplin movies but that would not make them knowledgably about Tommy Hearns. I am also hip to Sugar Ray Leonard and Marvin Hagler. Heck I even watched a few Gerry Cooney fights. For the record I stated it was Tommy Hearns before Shark Racing.
@@TechTVusa I've studied his entire career. Tha fuck are you talking about?
That sparkling water n lemon is great for electrolytes 😃😁
Simply love Tony ❤️
Tommy Hearns needs more respect put on his name for his performance here.
Tony was a boxer on his previous show
Forget Angela.. I would of chased the mother!
Mona, the original Cougar/GILF. lol
The way she looked in that dress, I agree
Since they were both boxers, I wonder if they choreographed this at all or just got in and sparred.
Also, it must have been pretty cool for Tony Danza to get to face off with Tommy Hearns, even for pretend.
Hearns is the best boxer ever in my books.
The other guy did great simulating the punches launched to him...
Tony Danz was apparently a pro boxer with a 9-3 record. He wasn't on Hearns' level but at least knew what he was doing.
@@Benry87 Correct, all 9 by knockout and 7 of them in the first round. Not too shabby.
That was a great fight!!!!!
That was Tommy Hearns.
@Alex Saba yes pretty good I say
@Alex Saba Tony danza is a golden glove boxer; theres a match on youtube with him and some guy and Muhammad Ali was in the audience - from his boxing days in the 70s
such a nice episode.
More realistic looking action than Rocky, Creed, Southpaw, or pretty much any boxing movie you can name. I wonder why...
I SO REMEMBER THIS!!!
This show slaps 🔥
The Hit Man.....
REAL TALK - This scene has better choreography / realistic boxing than any fighting movie I’ve ever seen (including ALL the Rockys, Warrior, Southpaw). Why can’t they get it right on film?
@Knife Peterson sick observation. I'm unsure why Tony Danza didn't want Tommy 'Hitman' Hearns unloading on him in scenes filmed for a TV sitcom. lol
No way. This was way too g rated.
What? The hitman!!
Excuse me, that is NOT Bret Hart!
(That was a joke) :)
Lol the gloves
Loved the Hitman..always wondered if his legs were a deterrent during his career.....they always seemed so skinny and undersized when compared to his upper body mass.
Fantastic 😍💋 💝💖♥️❤️
Tony danza was a badass boxer before his acting career...do you any of you even know that? This is staged for tv 😂😂😂
@Raf they said somewhere he fought many guys in a row then lost to the last one. Danza is bad ass enough
@@teneleven2818 his pro record was 9 wins and 3 losses all 9 wins by ko, 7 were in the 1st round👊
Put up a much better fight than Martin.
LMAO waaayyy better fight! Martin stood no chance lol
Tony Danza vs Larry Holmes
Vi está serie doblada al español,nunca pude apreciarla en su idioma original, siempre es mejor verla en su idioma original. Se ve que Danza, sabe algo de boxeo, pero si hearns quisiera,lo mandaba a dormir de un golpe.
thanks
they make it sound so easy to use i trained with one it is not that easy
I got 5 bucks on the Motor City Cobra
Is there a small scar on Danza's lower back? Surgery? Old injury? Just saying.... sometimes these things have an interesting story, like Gene Kelly's scar on his face!
It's not there early in the clip, so it's probably a rope burn.
Is that Tom hitman?
Yes. That's Thomas the Hitman Hearns.
Castellano.....espsñol.... o letrss para los hispanos
..mo sean egoistas...
A guy who didn't even have abs, pecs, or biceps could be the star of a TV series. I was certainly born in the wrong generation.
@Alex Kanyima Imagine trying to use a guy with that body as the main star in a teenage series nowadays.
@Raf He looks like me. A guy with no money for supplements. He's not ripped for today's standards.
@Raf He's in shape for real life. He's not in shape for TV nowadays.
@@leonardo899 what a weird take. Danza was a real boxer. 9-3 with 9 KOs. He was absolutely in shape during this clip, and would have absolutely clobbered you no matter what shape you think you're in. He also would have clobbered any TV-type model you're referring to from current times.
i.postimg.cc/9FhmZsJR/GGG.jpg
@@FightFancom He looks like me. A guy poor guy who works-out, but has no money for supplements or testosterone. Not what you on TV and movies nowadays.
Staged
Lol ofcourse its tv show
