If you could explain the Secondary structure a bit more... would be much appreciated Miss. :)

Basically there's just two formations... Alpha helix and beta pleated. Everything other than these is not considered secondary structure

Hi, Beh. I'm really confused about drawing structures only because earlier in your video or videos I see the amine group is drawn on the right hand side and the carboxylic acid group on the left hand side but then I watch more and then in the next slide the positioning is different (basically the amine group is now on the left and the carboxyl is on the right). I thought maybe switching up the positions does not have an effect on anything but I researched on this and found out that positioning is very important because the meaning completely changes. I hope all of this was comprehensible and I hope you can clarify this confusion. Thanks!

In A-levels, we dont learn the cis and trans orientation of amino acids! So it doesnt matter here, they are all still amino acids, and drawing them either way is acceptable in exams. If two amino acids are given as example for you to draw dipeptides, just be sure to follow it's orientation of groups as well.

do we need to know about myoglobin or is it just a example or do we need to understand the idea behind it

It shows up in objective questions sometimes! Just an example.

My teacher says I need to learn all the 20 types of structures of amino acid. Should I need to learn all the structures ??

Noooo pls don't memorise them. Save that memory space for other stuff...

@@irfanrami9434 yeah but here in my country, we blindly trust teachers. I wonder why did he mislead me though....

those are her notes, she gets down to the nitty gritty of the topic to make sure we understand, i think its best to not comment at all if it wasn't to ur liking the fact that other people commented how much it helped them and then u still proceeded to bash her for her video... no one thinks its fake and they got help from it, if u have better videos to watch pls by all means feel free to do just that
