So I just made the chia/coconut milk breakfast and it was PHENOMENAL!!! I am going to buy a bunch of little jars and eat this every day for breakfast and lunch...because it IS just THAT FREAKING GOOD! I layered some crab apple jelly, tangerines, nuts, oatmeal and raisin bran in today's experiment. Tomorrow I'm using chocolate coconut milk with the chia seeds and layering with peanut butter, oatmeal, sunflower seeds.....and maybe bananas. LOVE THIS!

Vegans are extremely unhealthy, we were never designed to eat plant food, too many toxins, phytics acids, oxalates, which slowly just degrades the body into a disease... Ironic being everyone wants us to eat Fruits and Vegetables, neither is good for you though!

hi :) I have a question. my mother is allergic to coconut fiber (but not coconut milk). can I leave the shredded coconut out of the crust and it will still work okay? should I add a few more walnuts to be safe?
