Hold on a second, even if a police is recording, NEVER ASSUME IT IS PRESERVED, this was terrible advice from this lawyer. Many times in the USA police officers dump the recording data or pieces go missing. NEVER RELY ON THE POLICE CAPTURED VIDEO. 1st amendment protects recording police in public settings (if its you or someone else being arrested). Keep in mind you can not interfear (Which is defined as a PHYSICAL act, not a verbal act)

    Good morning,
What about a person who secretly records a conversation between a city worker in a private office building? Then they send it to their job intended to get them fired.

Sorry but when referring to cops telling you are interfering ,interference is a physical offense the Supreme Court already ruled that and there is not expectations of privacy in public and when you are a public official words you are paid by the taxpayers amor and furthermore using the excuse that officers name should be published well when private citizens have to identify and warn other private citizens about specific cops I don’t see how that will be held up in court Florida’s been doing a lot of things that go against the constitution especially right now where they trying to make it illegal to film other people committing crimes in public which makes no sense whatsoever considering the constitution already says there’s no expectation of privacy in public whatever you can see with your eyes you cannot trespass with the camera

@@baddriversofthenorcalarea500 He is 100% correct. It is defined as a physical act that physically stops the officer from conducting the duties. Verbal acts are not interfearence.
