You can't use 5g when you connect only 2g. If you go to settings on phone network, there should be a option to go under 5 g (2g) if you dont got that option, call your phone provider and explain you need your phone to go on 2g because you need your security cameras setup. After set up, they can run on 5g network
@@MrModel43 we find problem,for all guys maybe help from me,for first probe router withous password,and next we change router wifi password to wpa/psk,and now camera connect perfect. But we get 2.4 ghz and with wpa/psk password,this work to. Best regards
@sergeikuzmin5155 now you can go 5g btw cameras will still work. If you get a new phone you can par it, it will not work untill u push camera icon, then you give permission and then it works. Nice one my provider did mingle with my router i am not good with that😉
