{ FF7: Ever Crisis } Battle Tower: Singularity BRUTAL B29 Gameplay Clear VS BLITZRAD

- Ahoy my friends! Today I am taking on the Blitzrad, and I have to say guys, I'm pretty sure this is the Crash version of the fight. I never beat the original crash, but now with the upgraded gear, guild weapons and Cloud's Anniversary costume, i was able to pull it together!! The key to this fight is timing Aerith's command abilities until the last possible moments so that the buffs last through not one, but two, attack phases of the boss. The very first set of bombs you kill WITHOUT summons, but every other set of bombs afterwards you will be killing with Leviathan. Remember, that after the last sigil break, you need to wait for him to bring out that last set of bombs, and make sure boss is FULLY broken imperil wise and PDEF if you can manage before that. The last attack here that he's charging when i kill him is a KO on your team, so there is a hard DPS check at the end of the fight!
NOTE* for those of you looking for a more indepth guide, i did a crash guide for Blitzrad that I will link for you here. It will work exactly the same for this! Good luck out there everyone!! Cheers!

That was super entertaining thanks for recording it. I defeated him right after the first sigil phase, so didn't get to see the rest. Nice to see another aspect of the fight. Very fun.

@jhz530 I used dual dps with glen and sephiroth tempest so had a lot of damage.

Appreciate the beta bruddah. I was struggling to to break the 55 sigil phase with a single Sigil Break weapon/character, so I tried your strategy and managed to barely get there.
This whole fight is a crazy DPS race, and if you slack for even a single phase, you are probably going to get wiped.

Great fight. I think this is where I tap out... without Kamura Wand, I don't have a way to get the damage or the magic defense that I need with my party. I tried replacing Zack with Red's Silver Collar, and it works somewhat, but then I don't have two sigil weapons and I already can't kill the first bomb wave without dropping a summon.
I've heard that you can kill all bomb waves with a summon ~ Matt could probably work with Centipede/Core Defender but then your DPS would have to be pretty strong OB6 Glenn + Slay the Day maybe ?
@@BodhiJMSRyderyeah, that's what I'm trying and I can get the summon off with Aerith's ATB boost. The problem is that you then need a second sigil weapon in the main hand, MDEF all and water resist down, and you just can't do it all in one character, or at least that's my experience thus far. I started playing with stupid builds like Prism Rod/Bahamut Rod for a sigil weapon but no luck yet. I'm gonna keep trying but I think my power level just isn't up to this one (and that's okay).

Haha yeah this freaking blitzrad hits like a truck!! Even with all the guild weapons it is so strong
I think this was equal to the crash fight? I never beat this crash though, but damage to and from it felt about the same.
I felt so, yet apparently it’s harder than the crash. Boss has higher hp/stats from what I hear!

@@BodhiJMSRyder It's because we are weak. If we can't kill the bombs asap after first sigil phase, the second sigil phase starts regardless. Because of this, I must kill bombs and do the second sigil break at the same time. Even if I pass it though, I don't have the DPS to get through to the end :(

@@BodhiJMSRyder bruh i got to 3rd sigil phase and i missed it by a little bit and wiped.. It's like 56..ugh.. But i think it was around 40 health still. Do you think I can make it? I guess only 3 sigil phases right?
@NguyenNguyen-qn4nw oh shit I thought this comment was on b30, yes there is a dps check on this fight it’s after the last sigil break. If you have two sigil boost chars and 1 regular you can break the sigil just have to be aware of when they are and save atb prior 🙏🏽

So this battle is my wall. I can't beat him. Too strong for my team, Leviathan at level 6 too weak to defeat the bombs...

I am at 494,000 Power level
after watching your video fully, I see that you keep trying to make sure hes fully debuff lv 3 defense and water defense
but you accidently hit Leviathan after the debuff wore off once but u still managed.
I realized before his first sigil phase he will heal, after that you have 3 sigil phases to beat him, I got him at red health but its last overcharge just wipes my team out in one shot..... :( i got like everything you have but my Limit break weapons are not ob6 or higher the ones that boost allies attack, and I got lightning resist on cloud because I could not get enough HP

Because primarily I needed stats from the Materia and none of the Watera Blows I had had what I needed ~

My leviathan is only level 7 i cant oneshot the bombs even with water debuffs on them i dunno what to do😂
