First Ride at WINDHILL Bike Park

- I wish I'd been to Windhill Bike Park sooner, there's lines for everyone! This is a raw video with nearly every run left in it, so you can see how I progressed through the day and specifically the Pro Line. It's great that it can be ridden in sections, so you can learn and put it together, although I think I did that in an unintentionally weird order! I've seen many riders think twice about that last one, so I wasn't sure about it. The conditions were so good on this day though, I wondered if it was now or never?
Thanks to Suzanne Lacey for showing us around and Matt Scott for giving me a couple of tow ins to gauge speed on the lower Pro Line.

Superb edit! Love the progression and citing each jump. Good lesson to us all to break a trail down then send it. Really great video for understanding just how good the lines are at Windhill. Has made me want to go... Rare I watch a 12 minute video of bike park lines until the end but this one left me wanting more. Footage was awesome once I switched up to 4k. Assume you're on a GoPro 9 or 10 as they stabilisation was great and wind noise minimal. Having seen your insta, would be great to drop in a couple of clips (video or photo) of you mid jump so we can see the epic gaps from another perspective,. A mix of POV and pan shot would be the icing on the cake. Look forward to the next edit! Thanks for posting!
Thank you, great to hear you enjoyed it! Yes it’s a hero 9 and with the max mod which helps the stability too. I did actually want to drop those insta clips in this edit , but my old video editor was having none of it 😅 So I’ll have to try and figure that one out !
I have to say that was some pretty serious send, very impressive riding and nice style. I hope I can jump like that one day before I'm 50.
