If this was real and that was my Doctors surgery and she told random people that I had an appointment and what it was for like she’s done to nearly everyone on that street I would sue her and surgery for breaking patient confidentiality and I’d also contact the police and have her arrested and press charges against her for it as well because it’s against the law what she does on this show and why she’s not been fired or any of the others haven’t sued or gone to the police about her I’ll never know!?! She’s a receptionist she’s not allowed to access patients actual medical records, only the Doctors and nurses are allowed to do that. The only things she can access is your name, personal details like address etc... your medication and to book appointments. She’s not allowed to access anything else.
