Beautiful arrangement! We were taught in school to start off with the greenery on the border and put bits and pieces of salal before we start off with the flowers. Yours is reverse.
Because I am really do it for living, it is my job. It is simply easier to insert soft stems of the flowers before tough stems of greenery (you will have less broken flowers and less greenery you will need at the end)
I enjoyed this video very much, I have been looking around for a long time to see tutorial on how to arrange this. Thank You! Are you able to do another video of sympathy standing spray using flowers like white lilies (Casablanca), white mums, and white or red roses?? Like the common type of sprays. I am just curious how florist put them together in such a way that it's eye-catching!
What is the difference between using a grander caged Oasis and putting it in the basket? Do you ever use floral glue as an extra adhesive to make sure the foam doesnt fall apart? Is there a brand of easel that you'd recommend? One that will definitely hold weight?
Baskets holders are less expensive. No glue, if you put oasis in the plastic bag, sponge not going to fall apart. Buy any brand easel taller then 40-42” for stability
@@Classyflowers This sounds about accurate and reasonable because thats about the price here in Vancouver too! Of course depending on the types of flowers used too. I understand that some local florist in Vancouver is tax free if ONLY paid in cash. But it also may depend on the individual florist shops.
