- I rarely show you the process of how I create my batts, how I card them, and what they could look like spun up into yarn. I'd like to share this video with you so you can see how the cookies are made, so to speak. What do you think? Have you spun my batts before? What was your experience like?

Haven't seen you around in a while, welcome back! It did make a lovely yarn (I posted a link in the description for it) and it's always difficult to decide how to spin a batt like this. I'll have to make some other videos so you can see the variety, all beautiful and easy to spin and use. :)

I took the better part of five years away and it's almost like I never left. :) There's a few hours of stuff to watch so you'll be all set for a little while! I'm spinning flax tomorrow after having watched Evie doing her distaff day. ❤️😀

I would be interested to see how this spins and knits up.
I didn't have enough extra leftover for a sample to knit but it would look a bit like peeled plaster that has been painted with different pinks and peaches over the last 500 years. That's, at least, what I imagine it to be... It'll be very pretty. I have more of these ingredients so maybe I'll make some similar batts and knit up a sample. 😀
